Kitchen Updates

It seems like every year we have 1 big house project where it takes over a month to get the house back in order. We do this every year. This year was no exception. At the end of April we decided the kitchen & bathroom cabinets needed an update. Can you see the difference?

We got a new oven/stove, a microwave over the stove, kitchen sink, & faucet. We got the cabinets & banister stained to a dark chocolate, and the counter tops got a face lift. We love it!

Vegas Baby!

Kaylen's 1st airplane ride was to Vegas! Here she is getting ready for take off. She did great on the trip, on the plane she fell asleep until we landed.

Vegas had cold weather the week we went, so every time we tried to get to the pool it was closed due to high winds, so we filled up the bath and she loved it!

We had so much fun! It was nice to get away from work and the same stuff around the house. This was a much needed break for all of us. Kaylen never missed a beat with her naps or sleeping, which was great for us. She was a Daddy's girl and loved to be with her Dad all day long. She loved being on vacation too!

Happy Easter!

We must say that Holidays are a lot more fun with kids. It's all about the kids! Kaylen gets so excited looking and doing new things. She loved to eat the plastic eggs, she didn't really care what was in them. She got 3 bunnies, a book, & some $.
